Terms of Use

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Repply (the "Company") and the user of the service (the "User"). Use of the service constitutes agreement to these terms.

Repply provides a SaaS platform that enables businesses to configure an AI agent to respond to incoming WhatsApp messages. The service includes a management interface, knowledge base, and conversation tracking.

Important — Messaging Connection: The connection to the messaging platform is performed via a third-party infrastructure provider. This service is not provided directly by the messaging platform operator. Repply is not responsible for changes originating from the messaging platform or its policies.

Service Availability Risk: Changes in platform provider policies or infrastructure may affect the availability of this service. Repply does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for disruptions caused by external factors.

Automated Replies: The service sends automated responses to your customers on your behalf using AI. Your customers interact with an AI agent, not a human. You are responsible for ensuring this is appropriate for your use case.

• Registration is open to any legitimately operating business.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining your password and account activity.
• Account access may not be transferred to a third party.
• By registering, you explicitly confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

• Free trial: 7 days from WhatsApp connection, no credit card required.
• Price: ₪99/month after the trial period.
• Billing: Monthly, billed in advance.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime; service ends at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: No refunds for periods already paid, unless required by law.

Subscribers can participate in the referral program under the following terms:

• Eligibility: Only active paying subscribers receive a referral code.
• How it works: Share your unique referral code with a friend. The friend enters the code when signing up.
• Reward — the referred friend: After paying for their first month, their second month is free (applied automatically).
• Reward — you (the referrer): After your friend pays for their first month, your next billing month is free (applied automatically to your account).
• One reward per referral: Each referral code use is counted once. Referring the same person multiple times does not grant additional rewards.
• No cash value: Rewards are credit months only and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time, with notice to existing subscribers.

All rights in the service, interface, code, and branding are reserved by the Company. The user receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

The user retains all rights in content they enter into the system (knowledge base, conversations).

The service may not be used for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Distributing illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• Violating the Terms of Service of the messaging platform
• Any use that violates applicable law

The service is provided "AS IS". The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or service interruptions outside its control — including disruptions caused by platform provider policy changes or third-party infrastructure availability. The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid in the month preceding the event.

The Company may suspend or terminate an account with 7 days' notice, or immediately in case of Terms violation.

The Company may change these terms with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the change date constitutes agreement to the new terms.

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
